For over 22 years, Dodd built the business from the ground up, earning the trust of his customers through reliable service, precision work, and an unwavering standard of excellence.
His hands-on approach and passion for the craft helped shape not only the company, but the reputation it carries today. We are proud to continue the legacy he created by upholding the same values of hard work, integrity, and quality service.

In 2024, Seth Gatchell carried forward the legacy of Dodd, learning directly under his guidance and embracing the foundation of what it takes to run a successful mobile reel grinding company.
